All our products come with 24 months warranty for both private and business customers.
What is covered by the guarantee?
- Factory defects
- Missing parts on request
- Goods damaged during transport (if not the customer’s fault)
What is not covered by the guarantee?
- Natural depreciation
- Damage caused by the customer (dropping, misuse, modifications, etc.)
How do I make a warranty claim?
- Email us support@helente.ltwith your order number, the product problem and any photos or videos.
- Our team will reply the same day (if we receive the request during normal working hours).
- If the problem falls under warranty, we will take care of the whole process, including free shipping and the cost of repair or replacement.
- The customer doesn’t have to worry about anything – we cover everything.
Customer service

Support for Turnkey simulators – If you have purchased a complete simulator from us, we provide remote support and online maintenance at no extra cost.
