All our products come with a 24-month warranty.

We don’t repair goods on site, but if something were to happen, your equipment would be sent to the manufacturer or a certified service centre in Europe.

We try to complete warranty processes as quickly as possible (which is rare).

As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number. 📦

Yes, if you are you are a company registered in the EU with a valid VAT identification number, you can purchase VAT / VAT free (0% rate). Please contact us at support@helente.ltand we will quickly send you a VAT-free invoice.

No, we don’t have a physical store, but our warehouse is in Jurbarkas, Lithuania.

If you wish to withdraw your order, you can do so by prior arrangement with us. Just write to us before you arrive!
